Hotel Elitsa
A new look, a new website and every word on it — for a cosy mountain hotel that wants guests to feel at home
About the client
Hotel Elitsa is a small boutique hotel in Bansko — "a home away from home" — with single, double and deluxe rooms and a maisonette for guests who come for the mountain in every season. The hotel wanted to stand on its own feet online, not just be one more listing on the big booking sites.
The challenge
Small hotels often exist only on the big booking sites. Same photos, same layout as everyone else, and a commission paid on every night. Elitsa had no look of its own, no website that told its story, and no way for a guest to ask for a room directly.
The solution
We started with the look. We created a new visual identity — colours, style and tone that suit a cosy mountain house, not a hotel chain. Then we designed and built the website around it: the rooms, the hotel's story, a blog and contact details. A guest can ask for a room in two easy steps — first the dates and the room, then their details — without leaving the site.
We also wrote every word on the site: the room descriptions, the hotel's story, practical information, and the rules for cancelling or changing a stay. The result reads like the people who run the hotel, not like a template.
