About the client

360 Ski Bansko rents out ski and snowboard gear, runs a ski school, and offers private airport transfers and accommodation to visitors of Bulgaria's biggest resort, a few steps from the gondola. One guest often wants all three — skis, lessons and a ride from the airport — in a single booking. The business needed a website that sells them together and gets every booking right.

The challenge

Rental, lessons and transfers are each priced differently. Gear goes by the day and the size. Lessons go by type and time slot. Transfers go by vehicle and route. Yet a guest wants all of it in one booking for one trip. The old website could show the services but could not sell them cleanly online. And every mistake in a booking means a guest waiting at the wrong place at the wrong time.

The solution

We redesigned and rebuilt the website, and built a booking system just for it — entirely separate from the one we later made for Ski Mania. It covers gear rental with sizes and number of days, ski-school lessons with live availability and times that can be blocked off, and private transfers — all in one booking. Guests get a confirmation email, and the team gets a calendar with every booking in one place.

We connected everything the business relies on — card payments, emails and the tools the team already used. Season after season we have kept improving it: easier price setup, availability checks with clear messages in Bulgarian, a search through past bookings, and keeping the site secure.
