About the product

Sinkro.ai is Kordevi's own online tool for looking after shop catalogues. You connect a source — a website, a supplier's data feed or a spreadsheet — Sinkro pulls the products in, improves them with AI and sends them to your WooCommerce or Shopify shop. It grew out of the catalogue work we kept doing by hand for e-commerce clients, and it already runs the weekly catalogue update for our own Navway store.

The challenge

Every shop we have run or built has the same unglamorous problem. The product information lives somewhere else — a supplier's feed, an old website, a spreadsheet. Getting it into the shop, keeping it correct and making the descriptions worth reading is slow, repetitive, manual work, and mistakes creep in. Agencies solve it with a one-off script for each client. Shop owners solve it with interns.

A tool people can trust with their catalogue needs far more than a way to copy products across. Each customer's data must be kept strictly separate. Teams need roles, plans and limits. A big import must be able to stop and carry on where it left off. Changes made in the shop must flow back. And every change must be on record. Without all that it is a demo, not a product.

The solution

You connect a source — a website, a supplier feed or a spreadsheet — match up the fields, and Sinkro pulls the catalogue in while you get on with other things. Large imports can be paused, resumed or cancelled without losing work. A short set-up guide takes a new account from connecting a shop to a first update in minutes.

The AI does specific, useful jobs rather than "rewrite everything": it improves descriptions, scores each product's quality, suggests categories and describes images for search engines. You can apply it to one product or to hundreds at once from the product list, and you choose which AI provider does the work.

Sinkro then sends the products to WooCommerce or Shopify, matching them by product code (SKU) — creating new ones and updating prices, images, tags and status on existing ones — and changes made in the shop come back into the catalogue. Around this sits everything a team needs: roles from viewer to owner, subscription plans with limits, team invitations, instant notifications and a full record of who changed what.
