About the client

Ski Mania is a ski and snowboard school and rental shop in Bansko, Bulgaria's largest ski resort. Every winter it welcomes British, Bulgarian and Russian-speaking guests. Kordevi rebuilt its website, designed and built the booking system behind it, and runs the advertising and search work that keeps it full.

The challenge

Before the 2025/26 season, lessons and rentals were arranged by message and phone. Prices were worked out by hand, deposits chased, and who was booked on which day lived in someone's head. Guests planning from abroad wanted to see a price and pay in their own language before they arrived. The shop wanted to be paid before the ski day, not after it.

Ready-made booking plugins could not handle the real offer: group, private and one-to-one lessons, low- and high-season prices, a different plan for each day, equipment for four sports with premium options and accessories, children and adults on the same trip, and transfers as an extra. All of it in three languages, always priced correctly, and paid through a Bulgarian payment provider.

The solution

We designed and built a booking system just for Ski Mania. Guests book in four short steps — dates, who is coming, lessons and equipment, contact details — on their phone, in one sitting, in English, Bulgarian or Russian, with the price updating as they go. The price is checked once more before payment, so the price a guest sees is the price they pay.

Guests pay a deposit online through Viva Wallet, a Bulgarian payment provider, and a booking is confirmed only once the payment has gone through. The confirmation email mirrors what the guest chose, a print-ready copy is produced for the counter, and the day after the trip ends every guest gets a friendly request for a review in their own language.

The team has a back office with every booking, reports, a spreadsheet export, seasons, price tables and extra services. Each booking keeps its own history — who changed what and when, whether it was the guest, a named member of staff or the system itself — so questions at the counter are answered in seconds.

Around the booking system we rebuilt the website — an easy menu in three languages, a clear language switcher, a live mountain-weather card — and did the work that brings guests in: the school's live Google rating shows up in search results, the site is set up so Google and AI assistants understand it in all three languages, we wrote twelve articles in English, Bulgarian and Russian, and we run the Google Ads, seeing exactly which bookings each ad brought in.

What the client says

This was the best season we have had in years — a real breather after some hard ones. Guests book and pay before they arrive, and we finally know what the week looks like.
