A·Dent UK
Two pages that speak to nervous UK patients, and one inbox where the clinic answers them — for a Bulgarian dental clinic
About the client
A·Dent is a dental clinic in Bansko and Gotse Delchev, Bulgaria. Many of its patients fly in from the UK for implants, veneers and full treatment plans. Kordevi has worked with the clinic for years — on its website, content, social media, Google Ads and the launch of a dental-care subscription plan. adent.uk is the site made specifically for patients from the UK.
The challenge
A UK patient clicks a Google ad with one specific question and plenty of nerves. Perhaps a 60-year-old looking into implants, or a 30-year-old comparing veneer prices with London quotes. The old site, written for the Bulgarian market, described the clinic well — but gave neither of them a clear next step in the first ten seconds.
One clinic, two very different kinds of patient. Implant patients are older, worried and comparing UK prices. Veneer patients are younger, care about looks and often arrive from Instagram. One page could not talk to both. And without a way to test, nobody could tell which words worked.
The solution
We built adent.uk to bring in patients, not as a brochure. Two main pages — one for implants, one for veneers — each written for its reader, plus pages that build trust (the team, where to stay, the treatments) and a contact page. Visitors are shown one of two designs, and the clinic can see which one brings more enquiries and switch to it with one click.
Behind the forms is a simple inbox made for a clinic, not for a marketing team. Every enquiry becomes one conversation: email replies, WhatsApp messages and the team's own notes, all on one timeline. AI writes a first draft of the reply, and a member of staff reads and edits it before anything is sent. Quotes and offer PDFs are made from the patient's record, and every morning the team gets a short list of who still needs an answer.
It all runs on the clinic's own server, so there are no extra monthly cloud bills. Old enquiries are deleted automatically once they no longer need to be kept, in line with GDPR. A reporting page shows how the Google Ads are doing, split by market, so the UK team and the Bulgarian team each see only their own numbers.
